These terms apply to TowerFit on Android. The publisher identified in the Google Play listing operates the app. Questions: noreply.fightlearn@gmail.com. The support email is shared with Fight Learn. The iOS app uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Fitness and safety

TowerFit is a fitness game, not a medical service. Exercise within your abilities, use a stable phone and a clear, well-lit training area, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. Obtain appropriate professional advice if you are unsure whether an exercise is suitable for you. Camera recognition can make mistakes and is not a medical measurement. Do not strike your phone, another person or an object while following game prompts.

Your account

Use an account you control, protect your sign-in details and do not impersonate another person. TowerFit is not designed for children under 13. Users who cannot agree to these terms independently must involve a parent or guardian as required by applicable law. You are responsible for the names and profile photos you upload, including having the right to use them. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or private content about another person. Leaderboard participation is optional.

Access and subscriptions

The current test version offers free access. Optional weekly and annual subscriptions may be offered, including a separate discounted annual plan. Available plans, the billing period, total price, currency and automatic-renewal terms are shown before purchase. A lower weekly equivalent for an annual plan does not mean you are billed weekly.

Google Play processes Android payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel before the renewal to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling TowerFit or deleting your TowerFit account does not cancel a store subscription. Reinstalling or switching devices does not itself create a new subscription; use Restore purchases with the original store account where needed. Refund requests are handled under the Google Play refund policy and your applicable consumer rights.

Personal use and fair play

You may use TowerFit for your own training. App software, artwork and audio remain protected by the rights of their owners. Do not redistribute protected assets, interfere with the service, misuse other users' information or manipulate public rankings. Access may be restricted for harmful or unlawful misuse, subject to applicable law and your store or consumer rights.

Progress, changes and availability

We work to keep the app available and progress synchronized, but network or device failures may interrupt play or synchronization. Features can evolve. Material changes to paid access or these terms will be communicated as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains account, training, purchase and analytics data. Camera movement recognition runs on your device. You can request deletion in the app or through the account-deletion page. Contact the support address above for help, complaints or questions about your rights.
