Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This policy applies to the TowerFit mobile app. The publisher identified on TowerFit's store listing is responsible for its operation and personal-data processing. Contact: noreply.fightlearn@gmail.com. The support address is shared with Fight Learn; TowerFit uses its own app database and analytics project.

Information processed

Camera and photos

Camera frames are processed on your device to detect poses and exercise movements. Movement detection is not used to identify you by your face. Visible camera previews and pose overlays may also appear in session replay sent to PostHog, as described below. Camera permission can be withdrawn in your device settings, which prevents camera-based exercises from working.

A profile photo you choose is uploaded to the app's storage so it can appear in your account and, when enabled, the leaderboard. Choosing a profile photo is separate from exercise-camera processing.

How information is used

We use information to provide sign-in, personalize training, save and restore progress, operate optional leaderboards, verify subscriptions, send requested account emails and training reminders, respond to support requests, investigate errors and improve the app. TowerFit is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis.

Analytics and session replay

PostHog provides product analytics, error reporting and session replay to help us understand usability problems. App-level text, image, custom-paint and platform-view masking is disabled in all build modes. Replay may therefore include visible interface text, illustrations, profile names and pictures, account email text, onboarding and fitness answers, body measurements, personal summaries, signatures, exercise-camera previews, pose overlays, navigation and interactions. Supported same-process native screens may also be recorded. PostHog's built-in sensitive-input protections remain active. External browser and system payment screens are separate from the app's capture. Analytics events are filtered to exclude passwords, authentication codes, camera landmarks, profile images and onboarding answers; this event filtering does not remove content visible in replay screenshots.

Install attribution

AppsFlyer measures app installations and the performance of acquisition campaigns. This can involve app and device information, an AppsFlyer identifier, attribution information and subscription events sent by RevenueCat. On iOS, permission is requested before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. Where enabled and permitted, attribution and purchase events may be shared with configured campaign partners, including TikTok. You can manage iOS tracking permission in device settings. Denying it does not prevent training or purchases.

Sharing and service providers

Supabase provides authentication, account storage and synchronization. PostHog provides analytics and diagnostics. AppsFlyer provides attribution. RevenueCat manages subscription status. Apple and Google provide sign-in and store billing. Email delivery uses Amazon SES. Providers process information needed to provide their services, and their infrastructure may involve countries outside your country of residence. We do not sell personal information.

If you participate in leaderboards, other users can see your chosen name, profile picture, country and game statistics. You can disable leaderboard participation in settings. Do not put private information in your public name or picture. Reports, reasons, a snapshot of the reported profile and moderation decisions are processed privately to investigate abuse. You may report and block profiles; blocks can be reversed in settings.

Retention and account deletion

Account and progress information is kept while needed to operate your account. You can request account deletion in the app or through the account-deletion page. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be kept after deletion. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Local-only data can also be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Your choices and rights

You can change your profile and leaderboard participation, manage camera and photo permissions, and configure training reminders. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing where applicable. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Depending on the processing, the applicable basis may be providing the service you request, your consent, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in maintaining and securing the service. Questions about analytics or privacy requests can be sent to the support address above.

Children and safety

TowerFit is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. Follow the app's store age rating and local age requirements. Exercise within your abilities and stop if you feel pain.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
